With over three years of dedicated experience in IT support and five years as a web developer, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to keep operations running smoothly. Having completed my Software Engineering exams and earned my AWS Cloud Support Associate certification, I am now focused on transitioning into a large-scale enterprise support environment.
